I tend to like the old fashioned ways of getting things done. However, we live in a very different world than the one I grew up in. The world wide web is the norm, not a personal visit to the insurance agent. If you want to take your time and comparison shop for travel insurance, the web is the best place to do so. Not only can you click in and out but you really can take your time and learn what it is you don’t know what to ask. I find that it’s a good starting point. Read the material carefully and jot down things such as the price, exclusions, special fees for high risk behavior etc…This information will help narrow the field to one or two companies.
