Medellin’s La Festival De Flores
Medellin is the second largest Colombian city with a population of more than 3.5 million people. As a metropolitan, many of its attractions comprise of annual events, parks, and other city attractions. An upcoming event to look forward to in Medellin this August is La Festival de Flores. The event lasts for a whole week and includes a horse parade, an antique car parade, and many other things to do in Medellin. The highlight of La Festival de Flores however is the flower float parade which lasts for three to four hours and is something fun to watch for both the young and the old.
