Squat with Weights

Squats are a great kind of plyometrics workout that requires weights. In a squat you rest a barbell on your shoulders and stand with your feet farther than shoulder-width apart. Crouch down while keeping your back straight. Do NOT bend your back while squatting. The only thing you will accomplish from bending your back is pulling a muscle. Squat as low as you can, and then go back up. Do this for however many repetitions you can. When you are squatting, squat as low as you can so your legs start to feel the strain. If necessary, go down a little weight so you are able to squat really low.
