A good golf fitness program should concentrate on four main areas. It should firstly identify your weaknesses and give you appropriate exercises to do in order to address them. These would be strengthening exercises and stretching exercises to improve your range of motion and flexibility. It should also have a component which will increase your stamina so that you do not tire through the duration of the game, especially as you work towards then end of the course. It should also include a nutrition plan so that you know what foods you should be eating all of the time in order to make sure that you are healthy and have good energy levels when you need them, both on and off the course.
