Increase Your IQ

There are to ways to increase your IQ score. The first, and most controversial, is to actually become more intelligent. Although some argue that intelligence is mostly determined by your genetic inheritance and fully developed by age six or seven, others (myself included) think it can be increased at virtually any point in life. Many mental exercises, after all, have been shown to cause the growth of new neurons in the brain.

The other way to increase your IQ is to learn the tricks of effective test-taking. Obviously you would not score the same every time if you took an IQ test three different times throughout a year, so why not? There are factors like quality of sleep, the helpful boost from caffeine, and specific skills in regard to multiple choice tests. So yes, you can raise your IQ score – in two basic ways.
