Remembering Dreams

As we age, it can be difficult to remember dreams. Children seem to have an easier time remembering dreams because they have less to worry and stress over. We all dream, it’s just a matter of remembering those dreams. If you want to try to remember some of your dreams, there are ways to improve your dream memory. The first thing to do is clear your head before going to sleep. Meditation is a good method. The best you can do after waking up is write down everything that you can remember. It doesn’t matter if it makes sense or not. Many people will feel that the more effort they put into remembering the dream, the harder it is to remember. Just put pen to paper and soon, those dreams will be easier to remember.
