Our Skin Bin Needs a Permit
My husband and I are doing a major remodeling project at our house. We are going to do as much of the work ourselves as we possibly can. We have hired two of our young nephew to do some of the demolition work for us. We are removing all of the ceramic tile and carpeting and laying down a lovely wood floor. I have called to have a skip bin delivered to make it easier on everybody. We have no place to park it other than on the street in front of our house. I found out I will have to get a council permit before the company will deliver it. You would think the company could take care of this but the council requires that the homeowner apply for the permit.
