You should have seen my face last week when my daughter announced that she would like me to buy her some celery to snack on. I swear I’ve been trying to get this child to eat celery or almost any other vegetable for months now. She’s at this stage where she refuses to eat most veggies and fruit or anything that’s even remotely healthy for her.

I asked her where her sudden interest for celery was coming from and it turns out it’s because of the wonderpets tv show. Turns out those little guys eat celery to celebrate the end of every episode. Now I’ll just have to come up with some celery recipes that will appeal to my little girl so we can keep this interest in the vegetable alive. I think we’ll start with celery and plenty of peanut butter.
