I have several dogs. They are all Golden Retrievers. I buy raised dog feeders each time I get a new puppy. Each dog has his or her own dishes… one for food and one for water. My husband and I don’t share a plate and a glass when we eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner, so I don’t expect my dogs to share food and water bowls either. I buy an entire set of raised feeders when I get a new puppy. That way, the puppy will have an elevated dish for each stage of his growth.
