My favorite thing in the world is a hot bath. I need one after a hard day at work. I fill the tub with hot water and lovely bath oil. I light the candles and put on a relaxation CD. It’s heaven. When my husband and I had our bathroom renovated we decided to splurge on a Japanese bathtub. Japanese bathtubs are much deeper than western bathtubs, you can be submersed up to your neck. Luckily we had a builder who had a lot of experience with installing Japanese bathtubs. Due to its weight it needed a bit more framing than a standard tub. It also had to be sunk into the floor to allow it to have a comfortable step in height. He suggested that we install a separate water heater for it so we would never run out of hot water. We’re so glad we did.
