When my teacher in school told us that we would be required to do some kind of a farm project and enter it in the county fair in the fall, in order to get a good grade in our Future Farmers of America class, I knew that I wanted to do my project by raising chickens. I got on the Internet and found a cool ebook that taught me how to construct a chicken coop, and my older brother helped me to get all of the materials together and then get the coop started. Then I went down to the Intermountain Farmers store and bought my chicks on sale.
