A number of years ago, I was trying to figure out what to do with my life. I started off in a large, public university with an English degree in mind. But, as time wore on, I knew that an English major was no longer what I wanted. I needed to do something that was exciting. I wanted to be able to help someone or something. And, I wanted to be able to make more money. People thought that I was starting to suffer from nervous breakdowns. But all I really wanted was to find a job that would pay the bills and more. What could I do to add to my income? An Internet search lead me to information about online nursing programs. This seemed interesting. A nursing degree would take me further than an English degree. So I checked the programs online, and I did research to find average salaries for people who attended nursing schools. Everything seemed to be coming together, and I would be able to get what I wanted out of life.
