If you think that coffee is good for you, you’d be right.  You could also be wrong, however.  The truth about coffee is that it has both beneficial qualities as well as negative qualities.  For instance, there has been some research that states that having a cup of coffee a day is good for you and can greatly reduce the risk of certain types of cancer as well as diabetes. While more conclusive studies need to be done, statements like these are enough to give people license to drink as much coffee as they want.  However, coffee can also have negative effects.  For example, if you are a frequent coffee drinker, coffee can cause bad breath as well as stain your teeth.  Yuck!  Coffee is also a diuretic, which means that it will make you urinate a lot more often- which can cause you to become dehydrated.
