Dry Skin Care
Dry skin is dull, feels tight after washing, and flakes, scales and chaps easily. It has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. The skin has a parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture.
Ironically, the main cause of dry skin does not seem to be lack of moisture. What is actually thought to be taking place is that the intracellular matrix has become depleted or damaged, creating water loss.
Dry Skin Care involves using products specifically designed to heal dry skin. Twice a day you should cleanse & tone. Once a week, after cleansing, apply a Glow or Polish to exfoliate the face (& body if you wish, also). Follow exfoliation by applying a facial Mask treatment.
