 I am so stress the stress has really impacted my sleeping.  I used to sleep seven to eight hours.  I now sleep five hours a night sometimes four. I go to bed around ten to eleven not very late. Need a Present for My Sister

My little sister is ridiculously hard to buy presents for. She’s 29, single, with two cats and no hobbies. I’ve already tried every variation of buying toys for her cats; I need something for her, too! She’s always saying she wants to exercise and lose weight, so I was thinking I could give her a gym membership or pay for a Nutrisystem plan or something, but I’m afraid that might come across like I’m telling her she’s fat.
