In a small company such as ours it is not possible to have back ups for our people in case they get sick or when they go on vacations.  Some of the positions we can leave empty for a few days but others would just about close us down if they were vacant.  We have established a relationship with the Los Angeles staffing agencies so that all we have to do is make a phone call and they can have a fully qualified person here within an hour.   This has really taken the pressure off of us as we know the people they send over can do the job.
