How I Choose My Favorite Restaurants

I tend to do more than my fair share of travelling.  And as a result, I tend to eat out at a variety restaurants more than the average individual.  Naturally, I have begun noticing that there are certain places I like more than others.  And while criteria such as food and service are ultimately important in determining my preferred establishments, Restaurant Layouts tend to be the deal breakers for me.

I like places that don’t feel as if they were designed by number crunchers.  You know the layouts I’m talking about – the ones with tables and chairs crammed into tight rows to maximize seating and turnover rates.  I like more unique atmospheres, ones which actually enhance the dining experience.
