With the modern design of furniture today you can do almost anything with it.  When we ordered our business conference furniture we wanted something that could be ready when we needed it and at the same time be easily stored when we needed the room for some other reason.   The chairs we purchased are stack-able and can every one of them can be put into one compact stack.  For the tables we elected a flip flop design so that we have even more versatility.   We can have a classic boardroom table or by rearrainging the modules can set up for conference tables with an opening in the center.
